Stress Course Dates for 2010:

This year is going to be very hectic for me, so I am planning one stress course, subject to change for June 2010:

What we will learn on this course:
-Where you are on the Stress Continuum: Reaction and Stages
-What you have Learnt from your Stress and what is Stopping you from Doing/ What is the Gain from it
-Where You’d Like to be Instead
-What your Body is Saying to you - Specific Feedback on your Symptom.
-Changing your Thought Patterns: Seeing your Problem as an Opportunity
-Becoming Fearless
-Discovering the Whole YOU and what the Different Aspects of Yourself (Soul, Body, Subconscious) are all saying to you
-Self Care Plans

Week 1 What is My Stress?
Week 2 What My Body is Telling Me.
Week 3 Changing My Thought Patterns
Week 4 Putting it altogether with Emotional Freedom Techniques.

Dates and times:

Times: Thursdays: 2pm - 4pm South African time.
Sunday: American times: in the morning:
7am-9am  Eastern

Alternately, if there is interest, I will also run a later class:
8pm - 10pm South African time
1pm - 3pm EST
12noon - 2pm Central
10am - 12pm Seattle
